Last thing I need to do to get my SB back on the road is to route and connect up the TCE SS Brake lines. Just wondering if someone could help me out w/some pics of how they should be routed to prevent rubbing/chafing. Also I'm not sure on the caliper side if I should have the small bend going toward the caliper or away from it.

I believe it is the short ones up front and longer ones in the rear.

I know I may have to adjust them once the car is sitting flat again but I would like to get it as close as possible before I bleed them.

I did mine so long ago I don't remember.

I'd call or contact TCE.

Test fit, Test fit, Test fit....

Jack up the control arm to simulate the car being 'on the ground'

I was afraid this what I would hear. Hoping for an easy way out. Guess it will wait for Saturday since I'm ocd and it could take hours till I'm happy with it.

I also confirmed from an old thread 17" lines up front, 20" lines out back.

Oh I will, car has been on standS for almost 4 weeks while I found time to replace the entire suspension and brakes. I was just hoping for a couple pointers or pictures. Just maybe a little better starting point than from scratch was all since I know a ton of members has already done it.

No need to roll eyes at me Zack, I make sure everything is done right the first time.

Route them the same as the stock ones.

Route them the same as the stock ones.

Not 100% possible with the way they attach to the calipers vs the stock lines. The stock front lines have a small hard line that comes out of the caliper and routes the line close to the back of the caliper body.

The lines can follow the same basic path but it's just the orientation of the caliper side ends that is a PIA because it doesn't bring the line down the back of the calipers. Just going to take me sometime fiddling with it to get it right.
