Every tuner has there preferences, but to me when you leave my shop your sheets are printed SAE, unless you ask different. SAE accounts for humidity sea level and temperature, some tuners use standard as a fudge factor, some do not, and as long as you are aware of it that is all that matters, but as I said STD will show a higher number. And if you lower the smoothing this will also show more RWHP normally it should be set on 5.

And I still love the Xcal 2. I would much rather use it than a xcal 3, this is what I like. But we all know there not made any more Levi has a Xcal 3. It worked fine, just as any of the older Xcal 2 do.

Yes I pissed off Levi today, NOT. He was a grinning from ear to ear.

He drove up last night and stayed at the Shop saving him a hotel room, Landy drove up as well we all went out to eat had a great time, shot some pool, and this morning Levi pulled out his stock drive shaft, and tail shaft, and I installed a new rear forced lube tail shaft, and a new Dynotech Dive shaft, Levi earlier in the week installed a 3.3 pulley. So here is the difference between SAE and STD. And I think he has good numbers for a stock motor and a Novi 1200.

Dave again I never meant to belittle any one, most people know that Standard is always higher than SAE, it is no big deal, but there are tuners that do use this to show a higher number and intentionally are misleading there customers, so I just posted this so the members can see the differences that is all, the A/F was in the low 11's and I dialed it back and Levi will use this for his race gas tune, the most I ever got was 465 RWHP Levi has 13 K on the clock. I am sure your car is making great numbers just like Ctrlaravens car is congradulations to him and Levi.

I wasn't trying to pick a fight, I was curious. I'm not near my sheets or I'd post it up. Ill check when I'm home

When Smoothing is on 5, it turns a normally wavy A/F graph into a smooth line.

My dyno has to 02 sensors, one is the standard dyno jet sensor, I use that as a visual reference only, I use a AFM 1000 to make all A/F corections, now if I had selected A/F on the above sheets instead of wide band then you would have seen the A/F trace change with smoothing, but as every one can see in the above sheets at SAE and smoothing at 5, then Standard with smoothing at 0 there is very little difference in the A/F trace, this is far more accurate than the standard dyno jet 02 sensor.

I am very impressed with my new numbers Dennis. On the way home the highways parted like the red sea and I ran with it. Now to get ready for the shootout. I may have one more mod in place before then also, to give me that edge. Thanks for your help Dennis and the night out.
