Although I have never owned a Marauder, everyone here has always made me feel welcome with my Vic. My blue Vic has always been the wife's daily driver. And my black Vic is used and paid for by my son. Well now I have a new toy and I wanted to share. :)

Back in 1980-1981, I owned a 1979 Camaro Z28. I have always regretted getting rid of it and have wanted another one. It may have not been a powerhouse, but I loved the look of it.

Well in May this year, I found a replacement. It is a 1998 Camaro B4C Police Interceptor. I bought it from the same guy I bought my two Crown Vics from.

The Camaro is unmarked and was the take home car of Jasper County Sheriff Ben Riley in South Carolina.

I love this car. It handles and looks great. I like it better than my 1979. I plan to show it when I can. I am going to show it as it looked when it was in service.

Here is one pic and a link to my Motoropia garage for other pics if you are interested.

My Mom almost bought a 442 way back when. I think she got tired of owning muscle cars. How does that happen? :D

Hey Dennis, are you back in town and if so are you going to Mark's show next weekend on Belcher Road?

Thanks. The color was one of the things that attracted me to the car.

It is the plan right now. Debating what to drive. Marauder is in storage and the Edge is going in soon as we run away to the north west for a couple of months to squeeze grandbabies.:) Thinking I may pull the Marauder out, needs to be driven and refitted for additional time away and put the Edge away tomorrow...Hope to see you at Mark's.
