Do you disconect the battery?
Do you air up the tires to 40+ PSI to reduce flat spot?
Add Staybil?
What do you do for winter storage?
Full detail inside and out one last coat of wax
tank full of gas with Staybal
change engine oil
pull the spark plugs clean and check pour a little oil into each cylinder
install my cop car wheels with crap tires I don't care about
fill the car with air fresheners
unhook the battery
throw the car cover over it and cry myself to sleep untill spring:bigcry:

Yes, yes, and yes.
And I add some Dri-Gas...

I don't do anything. It gets parked on a cement slab in an old hay barn and there it sits 'til spring. Been doing it this way since '04. Most of the time I don't even have to jump it.
In 6 years and 70 miles of ownership, I've only had to replace one coil and 2 sets of tires.

Maybe throw in a couple of moth-balls / dryer sheets / or the putty-tat to keep the "meeces" away.

When I put mine away I clean it and put the car cover on it.I try to keep only a minimal amount of gas in it and i don't add anything. Is it really a good idea to change the oil right as you're putting it away? I always have doen mine whe I get it back out so it's nice and fresh. Good idea on putting a bunch of air fresheners in it. That wil keep it from getting that musty "old car" kind of smell in it. BTW, i've never heard of inflating the tires more to avoid flat spots. Anybody else do that?

It is a good idea to fill the tank completely full to prevent moisture setting in.
personal preference but i like to change the oil before i put it away with cheap stuff and then do a proper oil change when i pull it back out in the spring. not at all necessary but it makes me feel good.
I don't over-inflate my tires but i make sure they are at 35psi before it sits. the flat spots go away after a few minutes of highway driving.
I like to plug the exhaust tips with rags to prevent any creatures crawling inside.
Then i disconnect the battery and put a trickle charger on it and throw some bed sheets over it for the winter....and just wait :bigcry:

I put my "baby" away every November thru April!
1) change oil
2) fill with gas and add stabil
3) disconnect battery
4) put dryer sheets inside AND UNDER THE HOOD!! It helps keep mice away.
Found out one year the hard way!
5) cover it gently and kiss it goodby for the winter. Just like a big BLACK
BEAR!:sleepy:

My winter storage routine is as follows:
At night, park car in garage.
In Day, drive car to and from work.
On really nasty rainy wet days ... Wind howling ... Stupid people on road, I drive the truck (2004 GMC Sierra Crew Z71). The only reason I drive it, don't want said stupid people to bht the car. Hit the truck. No worries on my part.
