At first I thought I might need a tune up bud now idk.sometimes on start up my blk 03 mm seems though it's surging ? It runs but the idle seems to be low I guess I would put it.and I feel it has to build up if I tap gas it doesn't shut off but feels like it might... Any suggestions

On the throttle body. Its the silver cylinder held on by 2 bolts with a plug in the front of it. Unbolt it, spray carb cleaner to get the carbon out and reinstall.
