I would really really really like to see a ram air hood and possibly a stormin norman style or stalker style front fascia for our cars (mine is a vicky, but its all transferable basically). Anybody know if there are any possibilities or if we could convince them to make them? Weight savings alone would be worth it.

I've been pondering slapping a Mustang GT scoop on my hood...

Aren't those scoops on the GT cosmetic only?

yessir, they're non-functional.

Cervinis would be an excellent place to contact for ram air hoods or any type of hood for that matter, they manufacture it themselves so they'll probably need a tester Vic or Marauder...

if you guys want we could start a thread of people that are seriously interested and approach Cervinis to manufacture them for us, we'd only need about 20 orders, if we have them pre-paid we can almost guarantee ourselves a limited production... but than again if they pick up the idea the cost might be even cheaper than the custom job.

Who's interested? I'd buy it if its under $200 bux.

PS. Even though I have nothing to cool down my engine for... the Steeda pulleys do a wonderful job of keeping the car cold and the new Police Interceptor grill I'm getting will make it even cooler... lol

It is something I would love to have, if I was allowed...:)

Something understated, and discrete.

Yeah, the GT is cosmetic only, but I think it would look good...

Most Cervini's hood's are $450+

hey Logan there is a Crown Vic LX Sport that has the GT wheels and hood scoop on it, take a look at that and see if you like it before you do it yourself, I must say that I'm not a fan of it, and I'm sure you can agree once you see it...

As for Cervinis they come as vendors to local car shows and have specials on their merchandise... In New Jersey they came to Englishtown Raceway Park to a show where my friend purchased a Lightning Cervinis hood for $220 bux plus tax unpainted... perhaps if you do buy a painted one which I guess is required by cervinis (or something like that that I heard at one car show) it would be in a vicinity of $450 or more...

alls we gotta do is get in touch with them and all the speculation will be put to rest.

CERVINI (you said it), a twin scoop "stalker" style hood for a Marauder would do just fine! I'm just bored w/ my flat hood. Right now I'm good w/anything that aint "FLAT"! Give me a Mach-1 shaker, cowl induction hood, or even better yet (your right): CERVINI STALKER! Now just one question: How do we make it happen? enough talk, I need ACTION! Tim Haas.

What happened to Zeus Automotive I thought they were working on a hood back in the summer/fall of 2003?

Mark Rae at Zeus Automotive in Charlotte www.zeusautomotive.com was working on a hood.

I would love to have a functional, not just cosmetic, hood scoop.
