Haki, I was throwing a few codes on mm's computer, so i datalogged it and sent the file to dennis for review. Dennis corrected it with a file. That is what is cool with xcal3, you can datalog your car and send the file to dennis to look at from time to time just to make sure everything is good with your car. Now i have to wait for these Aeroforce guages to come in, they are on backorder, so i can install them on my MM. I'll call you tommorow night. Need some info on a simple system for the car.

I do see this now. Is this a kit you can buy or do you have to make it? Are there illustrations on this? How hard would it be to install with the motor in the car?

Dennis Reinhart
12-19-2010, 07:52 PM
It is made by even flow, and you will have to remove the intake, I weld a nipple in to the cross over pipe instead of cutting the URH and installing the adapter I will post up the instructions tomorrow.

Dennis Reinhart
12-22-2010, 01:07 PM
Well the engine is done, I sent the water cross over tube out to weld a bung on it to connect the even flow kit, I like this far better than hose clamps and cutting the URH, we installed the Kooks and we are about ready in install the motor and transmission, we also upgraded the front brakes.

Here is how even flow sends out the kit because they can not modify the cross over, it would be to expensive, so they add the adapter to splice in to the URH.

This is how I install it which do you prefer.

I am sorry for for delays on Hackie's updates, first of all I was sick for 2 weeks, I have never been in bed this long except with two twins I met in France while in Desert Storm.

But this week I got back on it I now have three Marauders here for 03 Cobra conversions with Novi 2200 S/C, Hackies car was very rough it needed undercoating new brakes steel lines, new trans the car has a 130 K on it, I have taken my time and gone through the whole car, new drive shaft full gauges new drivers window motor 60 lb injectors twin fuel pumps B5 5000 Maf LTH Pro guard it should make 17 PSI 410 gears, it starts and idles perfect he is flying in tomorrow to look at the complete transformation.

So here are a few shots the next car will be all Black even the supercharger, to day we did a 06 Roush with just a CAK it gained 25 RWHP with the tune he is over 400 to the tires.

Here are the Videos on the Roush we just did the front facia was torn we ordered that pre painted and added a huge Avoco heat exchanger with twin fans, stock it made 369 with just a cold air kit it gained 25 RWHP after leaning the fules and adding some timing the made 415 RWHP, what a great car. I have sold five Marauder kits since Jan 14 and two CVPI kits, thank you the members for this.

Thank you that means a lot to me coming from you, I charged Hacki 900.00 for just the SC install, where other shops have charged upwards of 1500 or more, not including the dyno tune, I try to be as fair as I can and I so much enjoy this site and it's members. I do wjhat ever I can to make any one happy, but we all know this is not a reasonable goal, but I try. And to me that is what is most important.

those arent drag radials, but they will do the job. highly recomend to get used to the car and its power especially on wet roads, before choosing tires.

Hacki showed up today and I had the blower off trying to get the right belt, I started with 110.5" and had belt slippage it made 448 RWHP, so I ordered a Napa belt 109 3/8" it was tight but worked on the fourth pull it made Hacki smile I will stop here but I will make some changes to the A/F and straighten it out a bit, till I get some miles on the car, I am using a new twin fuel pump set up and the FRP was good the duty cycle was 2.4 I am finishing installing Muth Mirrors and a few other add ons, over all this has turned out to be a real good project we start another one next week.
These are in standard Hacki wanted to see these as well as SAE.

Thanks Landy, it comes out to 17 RWHP the car is also making very good torque, if Merc had read the post as every one else did, Merc would have seen that Hacki wanted to see the difference in SAE and Standard instead of looking to take a jab. Hacki has both sheets, at least I stated it was Standard because I knew some one would chime in. And since Edgar Cayce and I were good friends I could have even predicted that, but know it does not matter. I have learned its is far better to laugh I actually let Hacki up in the car with me and showed him how A/F is adjusted and what to look for when data logging, and I normally post SAE, it makes no difference, at this point this is a safe tune the car will make more after it gets some miles on it and and some more adjustments for now it is fine.

You are way older than you look if you two were good friends, he died 66 years ago . I had to visit his Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach for one of my college courses last year, it was interesting and bizarre at the same time.

I gotta get an 8 rib setup for my ride... I go through about 4-6 belts a year on the 6 rib... Anytime I get on the gas hard & have to let off quick it's all over... & I run a rather tight 6rib to avoid that... Did you decide to go with the 8rib on this ride or stick with the 6rib...?
I honestly didn't see as many 6rib belt problems till I crossed the 600+rwhp mark.. I just had to change the belt a couple days ago again..
