Got my first Eaton swap part.....
The Eaton. :)
We picked up a powdercoated one and we'll be sending it, plenum and TB to Posi to be ported. When it comes back it'll be swapped onto the wife's Cobra, and her factory stuff will go to the Eaton conversion pile. I still have a few parts to get for her's, 60lb injectors (39's will go in the eaton pile) and a BAP. But once her's is done and seeing the 500rwhp she wants. Its full steam ahead for the Merc.
:D

I plan on it. I saw a few lists of parts to get so I'll go off them. Any list you recommend referencing?

key items you need
eaton
IC
lower intake
water outlet for IC
heat exchanger
cobra intake tube
39lb injectors
BAP
GT pump
IC pump
lower pully set up
tensioner and alt brackets from Terry
those are the big ones you need to find on stang sites and or ebay. anything else can be had at auto parts stores
you do not need a cobra TB or throttle cable

Picking up a TB and Plenum combo for $50 on Tuesday. Sadly the blower I purchased is missing the bypass valve so I need to get another one. If you know of a cheap place to get one let me know.
Also will the 20amp BAP be enough for the GT pump or will I need a 40amp version?

you dont NEED the tb, the mm is identical
PM 95sc on svtp, i got one from him for another eaton i had because it was craked.
i have a 20amp on mine which will be fine for any stock internal mm. but if you were to buy a new one just buy the 40, its only like 20 bucks more and will be there for you in the future if you upgrade the motor

Is the GT Pump manditory if I only plan on 10psi? Will I be able to re-use my JLT setup? Also should I use a MAFia on the stock MAF or get a Cobra or LMAF.
The extra TB I got was just so I could send it in with the plenum/blower at the same time for Posi to port it all while the wife still drives hers.

yes. on both my car and the blue car with the bap all the way up FP duty cycle was at 85% ish.

uhhh jlt from the mm? you MAY be able to use it, if not just pick up a stock cobra intake tune, they regularly sell for 10-20 bucks.
for the maf, you should def go with a L or cobra unit (same thing). im not sure you could use a stock plus it would probably choke it
def find a gt pump

Nope, wrong angles on the bends, like Dave said, get the Cobra tube, or if you want to dress it up, go with a C&L tube.

You can usually find 'em on e-Bay or one of the SVT/Mustang sites for less than retail.
