Hey everybody, finally got my first car. Been waiting for awhile and went ahead and found a Marauder. She's a 2004 with 80000 miles, Flowmasters (not sure what series), and a KN filter were already installed. It drives great, and sounds even better. Already in love with it. Expect me to be posting a lot more too.
Thanks. :D

Don't listen to this guy.
Go out and have fun because you will anyway. I would recommend you do it on a track or isolated area first. Get to know your car before you take it to Maximum Overdrive. When you're ready go for the go fast goodies and have a 12 second street car. You'll have a story to share everyday, believe me.
I got mine when I was 16 and enjoyed every second of it. Still do when it's running.
Light em' up for me. :burnout:

Very nice first car. I got my first car in 1984, it was a 75 Chevy Monza with a 327. Very strong little car. Enjoy it.

Congrats.....Wish I had a nice car for my first car...when I got my first car it was in 1992 when I was 17 and it was an '86 Nissan Sentra 2dr. 5spd that I got for $1000.00. I had a lot of fun in that little car....when I didnt have to drive with the heater on in the summer to keep the engine temp down.

Thanks everybody. I plan on taking great care of the car. Gonna stay out of the street races, it's a pretty big scene where I live. But maybe a little takeoff off a red light. Gotta let them flowmasters roar. And also I'll think of a name and theme song and post it later.

Street racing isn't worth your time, risk, or the effort. You're probably as fast as a new 4cyl Accord. If you have the $$$ to start modding, THEN knock yourself out. (Safely, of course)
