After my first tank of fuel, I thought I would give feedback on my first impression of my new tune.
First the cold crank time is less and it rests to an idle sooner.
The shifts at light throttle are softened up a tad ,but this was deliberate. The shifting is much quicker, especially downshifts.

The 4-2 downshift is completely different, it no longer shifts twice simultainously.
It responds so quickly, the downshift occurs before your foot hits the Mat!
The obvious is the limited traction anywhere near 30mph and additional wheel spin on the 1-2 shift.
Throttle response? OMG these headrests are hard!
It even beats the traction control for a few turns.
The Highway;
You just simply run out of nerve:lol:
Lonnie sent me an updated file as my torque converter lock up is slipping @WOT and causing a high trans temp condition.
We uncovered this on one of our many data logging excercises while tuning the driveability issues.
He also spent time trouble shooting the SCT drivers for my laptop and PC, to get me rolling with the new tuner and datalogging.
Looks like my next course is a heavy duty convertor and a bigger transmission cooler.
I just filled up the tank was delighted to see 250 miles on 14.8 gallons.
Considering the rate of travel returning form my tuning venture and I'm still in the discovery mode :burnout:, this tune rocks!
I took a friend for a ride this weekend he said, "Your car was fast, now it's scary!"
Thanks Lonnie!

Good to hear you got a great tune. Keep us posted of your findings over time. It always seems great tunners are in other states.

Sounds like a big improvement. Lonnie is a very good tuner, I wish he were closer to me.

Fixed it for you. Big thing you can't see is driveablity. You said too that the mileage is a lot better too right?

I get close to 300 on mine....around 280 in town and over 325 on the highway.(differnet tuner though, and no Super Charger). I drive spirited....but you must really be enjoying that tune!!!

Congrats on the new tune!!

Thanks for posting the dyno graph babbage.
Well the first tank yielded 17 MPG, that was going nuts on it.
If I just drive the limit, I bet I can get 20.

Should be doable Bradley, the trouble is trying to keep your foot out of it...;)

Sounds like BOC made you a happy customer Bradley. Maybe you should talk them into becoming a vendor here.
