Capitol Raceway

First Run
12:25pm
R/T: .221
60': 1.957
ET: 13.792
MPH: 99.55

Motor was hot for my first run and having some transmission converter lock/unlock issues (lag between 50-60 mph) right after the 1-2 shift. Also only did a very light burnout with my drag radials on

Second Run
4:50pm
R/T: 1.56
60': 1.930
ET: 13.630
MPH: 100.49

Did a nice big burnout and preloaded the converter to about 2600 rpms. Car felt stronger and I was keeping an eye on my mph since I knew if I could hit 100 I'd def have a better time.

I need to talk to my tuner about this converter issue and hopefully something can get squared away. If it does then I'll take a trip to MIR or Cecil next month and run again, if not then I'll get the Pro Racer software and tinker with it myself.

If you get the Pro Racer Package, get it from Dennis Reinhart. I ordered it yesterday and he is one great help! Any questions and he's right there with help anytime. Big two thumbs up!:2thumbs: WOOHOO! Good times btw! What was the temp at the track?

Did you try flashing the convertor instead of stalling? Thats the best way to get the car off the line, you might have left a tenth or two on the table.

Looks like you are .0009 faster then me. :D

That's a last resort type of thing.

Not sure what the temp was the first time I ran but it was high 50s maybe 60-62 degrees. Second run it was 46-47 degrees, my hands were getting cold from standing around and waiting for them to run the lane I was in.

Good times bro, I honestly have had better times stalling the tc instead of flashing it. I also feel the 50 to 60mph wait from the tc

I thought about doing it but I've always been better at preloading it.
Actually I am .009 faster than you.

Great times N/A! You making it down on Sunday?E-Town is a hike for me. If I lived within an hour I'd def be there. Have to sort out this converter issue first.

Yeah I got video, I'll get uploaded tonight or tomorrow night. Second run doesn't show time because they were running No Time class and trying to get my lane and another in before close.

Probably very similar to mine, low 5 second 0-60.

Yeah I'd probably saw low 5 seconds. On drag radials I know it's quicker.
