Aloha All,

I been contemplating on putting on a set of Steeda Underdrive Pulleys. But i have a few questions:

1. I'm running a aftermarket stereo with amps, subbox etc.

2. I also have work equipment in MM. Radio and Mobile computer

3. I've read that the pulleys will slow down my accessories, so dose that mean less power from my alternator, or do i have to run a higher amp alternator.

4. I've also read that most guys just up their idle. So how do they do this.

5. I do have a SCT Tuner with Lido's tune installed on MM.

6. And lastly, is this mod upgrade worth it. Do you see the differance in power. I'm mostly looking at improving my gas milage as well as performance.

My set up in my MM is 4:10 gears w/stud girdle, Lido's tune, Kook Headers w/ super 40's flowmasters, JLT ram intake,

its been proven that they will add up 10rwhp.
raise the idle to 750 or 800 and your good to go.

I had mine installed Saturday and raised my drive idle rpms to 800 and alternator is charging at 13.8 volts. The only issue I has was when I got in the car, started it up and the air compressor kicked on and it dropped the volts to around 12. Gave it a little gas and was fine.

Is your tuner a SCT Xcal2 flash device?

Just up the idle and you'll be good to go.

Depending on when you got Lidio's tune. The user option's may be locked out on your xcal.
