Replacement seat belt retractors from Vic/MGM?

Does anyone know if the drivers seat belt from a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis can be installed in a MM? I need a replacement, but until I can get the correct charcoal colour, I'm hoping I could use a black one out of a Vic or MGM. In particular, will they have the same wiring/connectors/etc?
