I was out re-arranging the garage and tuning up the snowblower. Once I got done, I snapped that picture.

With that blizzard we had last winter my marauder stayed garaged for 6 months! :mad2:

Hopefully this winter won't be as brutal!

looks like the "burn out bunny" has visited or maybe its just the snow Just the snow. After scraping up the side of my old Cordoba while pulling out of the garage once :mad2: (stone cold sober, at that), I am v-e-r-y careful about it now!

aww man that sucks, move to Texas, we can drive our MM year round. Winter storage keeps the miles down, plus I enjoy driving in the snow! I was in Texas (Ft. Worth/Denton) once (April 2009), that was enough for me. I'm an Ohioan.

It's coming for sure...

Mine is in heated secure storage again this year.
$100 a month can't be beat.

Long term sitting in cold moisture is hard on a car.

$100/month for heated storage may be a good deal, but it's not feasible at this time for me. The car gets pulled out of the garage a few times through the winter, warmed up, and if we get the 70-degree week in January that we've gotten the past few years, I'll even lay a coat of wax on it. You'd never know the car has 101k if you looked under it.

your lucky you can do that, mines a year round car .but mine probably has less mileage than yours at 31,000 miles bought new in 2004.lol.....maybe i should drive it more.

OK, I may have fibbed a little bit about not being on the road until spring '11. I was able to secure 10x20 storage by my house (3 minute walk!) for $53/month. Judging by the weather forecast, it looks like I will be taking it over to the storage unit this coming Monday. A rainy New Year's is forecasted, so that should wash some salt off the road. Monday and Tuesday are looking dry so I will take it over then.
