2003 Black Mercury Marauder 125k miles. Runs very good and strong. Newer rear tires about 8 months old and fronts and a lot of tread left. No dents no rust. A couple scratches that have been touched up. The inside is very clean no rips or tears. It has a 3 setting chip I dont know what brand , the last owner put it in but I tried out the fuel saver mode on a drove from KC to Michigan and got about 24 mpg. It comes with 6 window deals I haven't put on .static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/zy/r/lM74QAA53wv.gif

Wanna gimme some more specs on that BMW? And what did you mean by can't keep up on maintainance

the 01 has the bmw 4.4 32v V8 that puts out about the same numbers as the marauder. BMW lowered official numbers so it could boost up the image of the V12 7 series, but the car actually puts out about 300hp/tq. the car itself is of course full leather interior, auto folding mirrors, 16 way adjustable Msport seats, M steering wheel, sport mode and tip-tronic automatic trans, park assist, traction control (yes it can be turned off), sunroof, heated seats (3 level), 14 speaker system with navigation and vehicle computer, 6 disk changer in the trunk and i do have all navigation CDs, and more...

this particular version is a true 740i sport which comes with the blacked out trim and lowered suspension. the main difference between the sport version and the regular is the suspension and the interior. the handling is improved and the car is lowered. engine and power output is the same and the interior got the M treatment with the steering wheel and sport seats. the rear axle ratio is also increased in the sports to a 3.15 RAR.

aftermarket additions include tinted windows, umnitza LED angel eyes, blacked out grille, and chrome gauge surrounds. i really didnt put too much into the car i wanted to enjoy it for what it was.

the car itself is VERY fun to drive. the car hugs every curve and the torque can get you into some serious trouble, whenever you drive that thing you just want to go faster and faster lol. it will be civilized when you want it and a beast when you want to let it loose. on the highway the car truly shines.

as for maintenance, pretty much any BMW owner can tell you. the coolant system and the front control arms are a common issue around this many miles. the car itself is VERY rewarding but you need to fix the issues when they come up. the car has so many sensors that where with most cars on the road the issues would come up and you wouldn't know but with the BMW it WILL let you know EVERY time something is out of the ordinary. i have taken care of most of the issues around this many miles (front left wheel bearing, thermostat replaced, camshaft position sensor, right link, oil changed full synthetic of course, front and back coolant hose replaced, and right now i am getting the complete hood latch system replaced on the car). only thing that was left for me to do was replace the intake gasket. radiator itself looks like its in excellent shape and the coolant system should be fine right now after all the work.

all the interior electronics work really well, absolutely no issues at all. the rear window regulators have been replaced as well. only issue is the pixel drivers display on the gauges which is basically a guarantee issue with all BMW vehicles.

so yea, thats basically the stuff i could think of. if i could keep the car i really would but financially i am in a situation right now where every penny counts.
