Hey people :
Need some help .
I have a bone stock 2004 MM and would like some feedback from people that had installed Trilogy Supercharger on their MM's .
Need to know the +'s and -'s of what you think of the installation , product , and bacically how you like it , how it has performed , and what problems you might have run into .
You can email me direct at THEBEEPER@COX.NET if you like .
Many thanks in advance !

I just installed one on my Marauder in August this year.
All you need is sparkplugs, 180 t-stat, some tools and know how to use them.
Product design and quality are exceptional. Instructions are well organized. 225 folks have done the install before you.

Thanks for your thoughts . Did you need to get it "tuned" by someone after the install to make sure it was correct ????

I can let you know first hand within the next two weeks... Santa Claus is bringing me a Trilogy for Christmas. Shipment hasn't been confirmed but is expected to ship either today or tomorrow.

If you ever think you might live in California, you might want to consider Vortech Supercharger. Its the only one that is 50 state legal. Trilogy does not have a California Air Resource Board Executive Number, but Vortech does.
Personally, I think I would like Trilogy better having read some of the reviews but Vortech would be the only one in my future since I have moved around and have been in California now for about 5 years for the better jobs.

Trilogy is a great set-up. Lots of pluses, can't think of any negatives.
Like one of the other posters said, 225 folks can't be wrong.

I installed my Trilogy S/C 4 1/2 years ago. It is the best engineered S/C kit for the Marauder in my opinion. It looks and fits like it is factory. It starts and runs just like stock unless you put your foot in it. Mine has never missed a beat in -15F to +105 weather. It is my daily driver here in Minnesota. You do not need to take it somewhere to get it tuned, it will come with a chip or tuner that has the tune.
Where do you live? I am sure there is one nearby that someone will give you a ride along or even throw you the keys.
Feel free to PM me any questions or post them up

Installed my Trilogy 2 years ago, everything but spark plugs and thermostat included.
The tune that came with the kit made it run right out of the box, but, as usual, I wanted more, so I had my dyno tuned.
The only complaint......... the kit should come with vouchers for rear tires.:D :burnout:

Just an idea, but Carfixer has his Trilogy equipped car up for sale. Take a look at all the mods done on his, do the math, and see if you might not be further ahead just buying this completed car. Many here will vouch for a great car and his fine character.

I really appreciate the notes back on the info for the Trilogy Superchargers . Everyone seemed very pleased with them .
Anopther question would be , a couple of people mentioned they needed new spark plugs , and a new thermostat .
What plugs work best ( and why do you change the plusg ) , and why a new thermostat ( what type thermostat is needed ) .
These questions might seem a little mundane , but remember , this is all new to me .
Thanks

Superchargers and nitrous raise combustion chamber temperatures. Thus one or two steps colder in plug heat range is recommended.
Aftermarket thermostat opening range for the MM N/A or S/C's is lowered by 5 degrees to 180 from the stock range of 185. A popular modification. Don't lower the range more than that or the engine may not be fully heated to properly operate for emission purposes. It's rocket science with these modern designs.
A head coolant circulation modification sold by vendors on this site is another option instead of lowering the thermostat range. More expensive but our engines are prone to #8 cylinder overheating due to design limitations. More pronounced with an S/C, I would think.

My only regret was waiting 4 years! I never changed my thermostat? You will never recognize your car....

You have a good one too. As for the tune, I recommend it. Each engine is different. To maximize performance and safety, have it done. Another on the plus side is you will have real numbers for Your car.
