Huh? If your fluid leaked out, call me crazy, but I'd say you need fluid.

If the cooler is leaking then replace it with an OEM unit.

Tousley Ford will sell parts for 10% over cost if you are a member on SVTP.net

First verify that the cooler actually is bad. Could be a hose or fitting.

If it is the cooler, then yes you need a cooler (obviously).

I highly doubt a FLAPS would have the cooler so it looks like a trip to the dealer is in order.

The OEM PS and Trans cooler are a combined unit.

I would get a standalone PS cooler, maybe from an Explorer or something like that. The OEM cooler is integral with the trans cooler and it is sandwiched between the radiator and AC condenser which makes it a hassle to replace.

'03 Cobra has a dedicated cooler.
That's what I'm running.
I will be running individual trans/power steering coolers
