Do i have to take out the headlight lens in order to change the turn signal lens on the passenger side? Looks like i will have to take the battery out also. Anybody ever changed theirs? Let me know...

Remove the radiator cover, loosen or remove the 2 retaining nuts, remove the lens.

Like said above. Remove the radiator cover, remove the two nuts under the radiator cover on the inside of the fender and pivot the lense out. The rear of the unit is slipped in. No nuts or bolts at the back of the lense. Just the two at the front of the lense. A swivel socket attachment comes in very handy. You will not need to remove the headlight.

No problem. It is tight, but can be done. Like I said, I use a swivel when I remove mine. Makes life so much easier. Actually had mine + the headlights off to install HID's yesterday. Just be careful not to drop the nuts! They could fall into the abyss!
