First line of the description says "2002 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport same equipment as Maurader or Police Car." I've seen this car listed on e-bay twice since August or September. It's not DOHC and doesn't have the same HP rating as the Marauder. Maybe that's why it hasn't sold, people aren't TOO stupid if they're using e-bay in the first place...

Yeah, it does look like the author is stretching things a bit, but salesmen do that.

It also looks to be an offer quite similar to a CV up for sale here, same price, same general description, and same desire for a "pick-up" in trade.

Can't say I blame anyone, owning a genuine Marauder does separate you from the many.

However, it is a sweet looking CV, and it is priced right.

Wanting to get out of a clean '98 Mountaineer for personal reasons, I'm half tempted to write the guy myself. But, I know I can't lay my fingers on the cash difference I'd offer until after the first of the year, so, why waste his time.

Good observations, woaface, keep watch on us.

Yes, e-bay has it's twisties, and it's understeer, but we all should know that too.

Oh, yes, I don't doubt it's sweet looking...but those floormats might be of question...

Just another tatic to sell the car. Most people are unfamilar with the Marauder and might think that info is correct. It sounds good.:bs:

Sarge, if I may offer a bit of unsolicited advice? If you are looking for a second panther you will probably be able to pick up a used 03 Marauder this summer for $18,000 to
$19,000 wholesale.
