Hello all,
I've been on the forums now for a while but its time to make an official intro. I live in Pace, Florida (about 60 mile outside of Mobile, Alabama) and I'm 25. I've got a black 2003 MM with 90k on the clock. I'm in the process of installing a 2003 cobra motor and a paxton 2200 blower.

It's funny that you should mention that, cause I shocked everybody when I bought the car. Before I bought this car I had a nitrous 03 cobra, 65 and a 66 mustang fastback and still currently own a nitrous 07 gt mustang. I've always been a hot rodder and decided to change it up a bit with the MM. I was always fascinated with the car since its debut.

I wish i could of had a car like this when i was 25 years old ,your a lucky man ,but hey i feel lucky i was able to get this car also. Enjoy my man .and unlike the mustang that you see at every intersection ,you realize how scarce this car is,i will go months at a time without seeing a marauder.

I got everything put back together and I now have a problem. The car is idling at 1500-1600rpms. I suppose it could be either the idle/air sensor, throttle position sensor or possibly a vacuum leak somewhere. I have spent a lot of time on the car and have decided to let Dennis Renhart diagnose the problem and install the blower also.

Brandon,
It's nice to have another site member up this way. (Most are located in the penninsula of Florida.) There was a guy that lived in Pensacola but I have not heard from him in quite a while. As a matter of fact, I don't make it here too often any more. In the middle of last year I moved from just off of West Ten Mile road to up in the country not far from Atmore, AL. (Still in Florida, though.) When you get the bugs worked out you should bring her over to the Burger King Static Cruise on Saturday nights. (Nine Mile Road and New Chemstrand Road.) Let me know when you're coming and I'll try to be there with Black Beauty if I'm not working. (12 hr. rotating shifts.)

Brandon,
I should be able to make it tomorrow night. What time do you think you will be there? Most people don't show up until 4 or 5:00 PM.

I won't be able to get off work today until 4ish? Or so. I should be there no later than maybe 5:30. Call me at 850-982-8162 if you want to get a more concrete time cause I don't work an hourly job so I never really know what time I will get done.

He has had it since June of last year. my folks used to restore early model mustangs for a living and it would only take them 2-3 months to do a complete restoration. I don't understand why its taking so long but Im ready to have it back
