Hi all, I just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself as a new Marauder owner. I recently purchased the 2004 black car from another member here on the board, seattleMAG.
I would like to say thanks again to him, I drove pretty much straight thru from Seattle to Minneapolis, and managed to get 23.9-25 mpg thru the mountains on I90 with 3.73s and snow tires ! So far I am pretty happy with the car ( for now ) and im already putting together a shopping list for some tasteful upgrades.
I have always been a big fan of these cars , not being able to afford an Impala SS in high school when they were new. I am a lifelong ford fan that has has extensive experience with panther body cars, having owned a limo company with several late model L series town cars and stretches. A close friend of mine also owns www.xgovernmentcars.com (http://www.xgovernmentcars.com) , so I am im fortunate to have a wealth of knowledge and resources at my disposal.
I look forward to sharing my project and learning from the other members on this board .
