Oil Deflector - Where can I get one

I called my local dealer to see if I could get one of these and he searched and said there wasnt any avail in the U.S. anywhere according to his database.

Will part 4R3Z-6687-BA work? It's an oil baffle/ windage tray, it's factory on the 3v but 4.6 lowers are all the same.

No, its a piece of plastic that clips to the power steering lines that prevent oil from spilling all over the rack when you remove the oil filter. Innovative interceptors had them but hes out of business.
