clunking noise

i keep hearing a clunking noise i think from the driver side front of the car. its not always there but its worrying me. it could be coming from the rear but i just had the rearend serviced. any ideas, front or back will help. thanks

Check the front and rear sway bar end links.

Kinda hard to diagnose a noise and where it's coming from on the web. :P
