So you're talking custom tune with a dyno and not a "canned" tune For the MM I take it?

Either Lidio at Alternative Automotive or Dennis Reinhart at Reinhart Performance can provide you with a MM-specific tune.

Both are site vendors, and both have links posted in the "Vendors" forum.

Custom tune is what i want. So all i do is buy the tune online and take it to a shop that specializes in custom tunes?

You contact one of our supporting vendors Dennis of http://www.reinhartautomotive.com/ or Lidio of http://www.alternativeauto.com/ and they will ask you questions on what gas you run, gear ratio you have and possible future upgrades. You pay. They will send you an SCT Tuner with 3 custom tunes on it that you can install to your car's computer. Both guys are great. I've personally used both their tunes and spoke with them. Good guys! There are options in the tuner for adding/subtracting fuel, spark, shift pressures, etc. that can be fine tuned by you or a dyno operator.

Unless you have added headers then a "canned" tune would be fine from either Lidio or Reinhart. You'll have to purchase a handheld tuner (SCT XCal 3) and the vendor will get your information and then pre-load the tuner with the tunes for you and ship the pre-loaded tuner to you. Once you get it's all plug-n-play.
