2011 Carlisle attendees....PRE-REGISTER!!!!!

I sound like a broken record, but its been a steady climb of new members showing up each year so I wanna make it clear to everyone that Pre-registering is for our advantage!

JUNE 3rd-5th 2011

MercuryMarauder.net is in the drop down under car club. If you are NA, you are in the STOCK CLASS, if you have a SC, you are in the MODIFIED CLASS. We will all still be parked together, but if our numbers are strong they will split the class and that means 6 trophies handed out to our members. May 2nd is the deadline for pre-registration and to receive your show-filed sticker in the mail. After that date, you'll have to stop at the gate and parking space will be limited.

Last week according to Carlisle events we were #3 on the pre-registered list. This week we are 5th. I see close to 40 members that voted on the poll who are attending, but less then 20 who pre-registered.
Pre-registration determines how many parking spots we get on the show-field, how big our tent is, and secures us with a better spot on the show-field plus saves you $5 and time because your show-field sticker will be mailed to you so all you have to do is drive right in.
This is our 4th year since we ramped up this annual meet and its our 2nd year with our own class. My goal is to always be bigger and better then the last year.

For 2011, the MM.net in-voting returns with 10 classes and trophies, member BBQ, 50/50 raffle and product raffle, hand outs, dash plaques, T-shirts and more.

I just think we are a classy group that has our act together. Nothing worse then cars parked every which way like certain mustang clubs due to no room. :rolleyes:

Even Rick said that the Saleen and Roushe guys are notorious for just showing up then ***** and moan when they don't have any place to park. I would hate to see 50 cars in a space made for 15 cars and cram 100 people in what would be equal to a umbrella for a tent.

So basically it will be a parking cluster**** around the tent. May 2nd is the deadline. If you are attending then PRE-REGISTER. I plan to get there early with the pre-registration list. Those on it will get prime parking around the tent, those who are not will be stuck parking further away down the line or perhaps not even in our section. Its only fair that those who pre-registered should have a spot.

Not pre-registering only hurts the club and makes us look bad with cars parked every which way. Take a total of 2 minutes out and pre-register if you are attending.
