Well here's the deal as short as I can make it. My ex moved to Florida in 2007 and told me she wanted the first 30 thousand in profit if I ever sold the house. She quickly figured out I was never going to sell it and since her name is still on it also, she likes to tell me to get out of her house when ever she is in a bad mood. I told her a year ago to get her name off the house or I was walking out and buying another one. She left me alone until about a month ago, and it flared up again. I got an agent and started house hunting and told my ex to get her name off the house or I am going to buy another house and walk away from this one and tank both of our credit. She thought I was joking and then realized I could afford it, and tried to get me to sell the house. I told her to sell it, I was done with it and done arguing about it. She said buy me out for 30 grand, I said 15, she said okay. So, i may make it to Kentucky if I'm not here signing paperwork, because when I get the house in my name, I still want to move, just because we looked at some really awesome houses in the last month, lol.

Considering most of the membership is Catholic, I have determined where we will eat that Friday after the last tour.

Once again, there is not a time slot for lunch, and I encourage people to get their 'fill' at the hotel prior to us leaving that morning.

The good thing is, the schedule will allow us to eat earlier than usual, and should beat the rush hour traffic prior to and after dinner.

Speaking with the Restaurant Group Coordinator, 4:00PM +/- will do the trick considering the size of our group.

He will ensure they are staffed appropriately and enough food on hand as well.

Although this restaurant is known for their fish, they also have burgers, steaks and chicken for the non-Catholic attendees.

An added bonus; this is not a chain, and only one Mike Lennings Restaurant that I am aware of.
