Hi,
Please help!
I have a 2003A, it was parked in my driveway for about a week, during which time it wasn't started because I was out of town. Temps went down to about 6 degrees and about 20 inches of snow covered it. It started right up this morning BUT...
the wipers will NOT turn off
the heat- a/c won't go on.. outside temp doesn't show or light up, although after about 20 mins of driving it worked then shut off and never came back on
the running lights won't turn on.
volt gauge reads between 14/15
any help will be greatly appreciated
thanks

I've got nothing without looking at it.

Sounds like a dead cell in the battery. These newer cars can do some VERY weird things but start fine with one dead cell. I learned the hard way.

Battery is always a good place to start. You want to check the voltage at the posts and the voltage drop between the posts and the terminal connections.

anks, I guess my '03 is like "Christine" if I leave her alone, she gets angry. I started driving for about a half hour and the wipers stopped and the heat came back on. But I will check out the battery.
