What is the difference between the 300A and the 300B ?

Yes, check that thread, also understand those designations so far only apply to 2003s

My 2004 silver MM was ordered as a "300A" car??:confused:

No clock in dash....No map pockets in seats......and I don't know what else is missing from 03??:(

Also NO JACKET!!:mad2:

Marauderjack(et-less): That was the difference between the "A" and the "B" was the missing items. On the '04 model year they "start over" and items like the clock and seat pockets were never included to begin with, thus back to the "A" designation.

Jack - The owe you the leather jacket. Check the Mercury offical web site. The jacket is also standard with the 2004.

I went to the site as you suggested and there it is...."Complimentary Leather Jacket" with the purchase of the 2004 MM!!!:D :D

I'll be calling them tomorrow as the dealer said they no longer offer the jacket??:confused:

In one of the threads on the MM Lounge, someone said that the postcards for the '04 purchases were not going to be sent to owners until January.
