Thinking about switching over to an Escalade so I might be selling my baby... 2004 Silver, stock with six disc, 85k miles.. I am the original owner and still have the original jacket and goody box I got when I purchased her... Have documentation of every oil change, tire purchase, and regular maintenance.. Never had one issue with the car, it has been a wonderful 85k miles... Anyone have an idea of what I should ask? Thanks for the help MM.net!

You can expect between $8,000 and $9,000 if you trade it in.

If you sell it rather than trade in, expect between $11,000 and $13,000.

I would say around $12,851.33

So if a MM was perfect/stock with half the mileage, what would you value it at?

You could probably ask another $1,500 or so, but unless it's really low mileage, valuation's not going to increase substantially.

Wow, ok, i value low mileage much more that you do.

I thought the garaged 2004 black with 42k miles posted yesterday at $17,500 was reasonable and comparable with this ad/inquiry.

I value low miles also, I'm just saying that unless really low miles (e.g. under 20K), you're not going to get much more (and consequently shouldn't pay much more) for a 2003-2004 car with 40-60K on the clock.

The car posted yesterday for $17,500 is priced high. The OP might get that for it if he waits, but I doubt anyone's going to jump hard on that deal.

Keep your Marauder. I guarantee you would regret selling it.

I just sold my buddies 13k mile SB for 18k. Might have gotten more, might not have, I think it is all dependant on the buyer, and the condition and care of the car. Someone who knows the seller may pay more for it just due to the knowledge of how it was maintained. Or less if they know that it wasn't taken care of.

The key is not to get in a hurry. A Texas car with no rust ever is a good thing, pictures will tell us a lot more.
