I found the web site for glass cowl hoods for mercury's. the 2003 to 2007 hood would fit the 2010 mercury, anybody know for sure? thank you ...jim

called classglass and they could not say for sure but if memory serves me right something changed in 08 maybe the header panel. was just hoping to use the hood...jim

I don't see why not, but I'd call directly and ask them or maybe gdmjoe could chime in he's knows his stuff! BTW I'm diggin' the avatar picture, very funny.

It will fit. But as with any fiberglass part, trimming for a perfect fit is required.

1998-2010 Crown Victoria | Grand Marquis, 2003-4 Marauder, and 2011 Grand Marquis hoods are interchangeable.

If you do get one, make sure you get the new hood gas struts and they list the part numbers for on the website. The stock ones are too strong for the fiberglass since the stock hood is 62-65 lbs and the fiberglass one is around 25-27 lbs I believe.

Make sure it isn't a light weight race hood. Some of them need to be used with pins, not the factory latch.

its not bad but i think 4 inch high is too high for my taste. I like the ram air style 1 1/2 high one myself.like the ones on early 71-73 mach one mustangs had.

Make sure it isn't a light weight race hood. Some of them need to be used with pins, not the factory latch.
They make all their hoods exactly the same structure. It will accept the factory hinges and latch.
