Virginia inspection, let me try again

3rd time to ask, maybe I will get a good/useful response this time.
Anyone know of a consciencious inspector who will treat my MM nice.
Fairfax VA area, but will drive 30-40 minutes to a good place. Hopefully a MM member. Primary concern is the mechanical, but i need emissions also.

I go to two different places for safety and emissions and have been treated well. for emissions I use my steady mechanic in Chantilly who is the only one who touches the MM besides me, http://www.angelfire.com/va3/chantilly_steering/index.html. For safety (no kidding) I just use the local Exxon station. Since the MM wheels are so open they don't have to take off the wheels to look at the brakes. Never had a problem.
