As far as I know there are three marauders in bakersfield. There is a Silver MM that lives off New Stine Rd and a new arrival soemwhere on the west side of town; a co-worker told me he has seen it several times. Mine is the only one in my town of Tehachapi, but I count it in Bakesfield as well as I work here.

Wow! Bringing back memories! I used to live in Ridgecrest/China Lake. Parents worked for the Naval Weapons Center. All we did was BMX, MX, dune buggies catch scorpions, lizards and watch out for Rattlers. California is it's own planet! From skiing at Mammoth Mt., fishing in the Kern river, hiking/camping Mt. Whitney, checking out the La Brea tar pits...:( Yeah, I miss some of it, ESPECIALLY when I'm buried in 6ft of snow in NH!!! :D

Coming from the east coast this year I would say the people are from another planet too, well alot of them anyways. In tehachapi everyone is real nice, mostly good people. Still, I guess the state government is what is really whacked.
