this is listed in the misc sale section... your sarcasm is not needed. if you don't want it, then don't comment. people collect things outside of cars...just like the "toy" model car you commented on wanting to buy in another thread.

Look at your PM.

I think you will have this sold if you do.

Thanks.

Come on, don't be a hater. I collected Barbies for years. Someone laughed at me and I showed him where I sold it for 10X the price I paid for it. That one was a very special one, paid $500.00 for it originally. Yes I still have many left. Grand daughters love them, but they can't play with them.

When I was a Boy Scout, we sold Candy door to door. She was a real trooper.

I've kept a lot of things and have some collectibles myself. Most of it is still stored at my parents. Always figured I would hand them down if I ever had kids or someday sell them on ebay. Maybe I'll give some of them like the comic books to my nephew but he is probably a little too old now to appreciate them. When I was layed off, I considered selling some of it. I did sell some of the board game war games on ebay. One went for over $50. I was excited about that.

One mistake I made was to put the GI Joe Terror Drome in the garage. Don't know how much it would have been worth now, but with my dads mitre saw and other tools out there it got trashed.

I'm still kicking myself over this one.

The guy I used to carpool with a few years back told me during a conversation that people were paying good money for 1969 issues of a certain magazine.

It had just so happened that a high school friend of mine many years ago (whose dad died in Vietnam) had given me a number of such magazines for that year in almost mint shape. Being the pack rat, I had them packed away in the closet somewhere for many years. However, I eventually threw them out to make space (probably for all the Marauder parts, jk).

I wasn't aware that big $$$ were being paid for them. Oh well.
