View Full Version : Cracked Center Console ArmRest? Any Replacment?

My center console has been used to rest my arm for quite some time, and there is a good deal of cracking on the lid of it.
As a result, I'd like to replace the top of the center console - I think patching the leather would be more expensive.
Anyone know the part number, and/or how to install just the lid?
Thanks:beer:

I bought a new one for my car from an OEM supplier. I can't find the damn receipt, and it has been a while, so I don't have the exact info. But they are out there.

IIRC only the seating surfaces of the seats, the steering wheel rim, and the shifter knob are leather.
tbone, find that damn receipt...I want to replace the one in Phoebe and I think you have to by the whole console from the dealer for like $700 or something ludicrous like that...

I need to replace mine as well. Didn't someone started doing custom upholstery on them?

(The whole link won't work. Click on "utility tray" or "door cover". Not sure which one).
I looked in my binder again for the receipt. I can't believe its not there. I save everything.
Anyway, I believe one of these is it. Call them to be sure. Shop around for best price. Good luck.

It's the "door assembly". I did not see the "see illustration" button. $171.00.
You're welcome!:D

For a black armrest the part number is 4W3Z-5406024-AAB. Hope that helps, list price should be around 170.00 from a dealer.

I just replaced mine. Bought from Dealer for $124. It includes the hinge and bucket as one piece. The outer edge of the bucket clips in place.

If it's just the material that's cracked save your money and recover it. You can do it for about 10 bucks without the custom embroidery.

I paid $118 from Tascaparts.com. Received very quickly.
No sales tax but they did add freight.
The hardest part about replacing it is disconnection the auxilary
power connection.

OK that custom embroidered one is absolutely gorgeous....where can I get one of those in red, silver, or green?
Is that a custom fabric job? Or is that whole top console door assembly custom?
I MUST have that.
