Good morning men and women, just checking on someone who does good work in our area on the front end alignments. I'm thinking of going with the same size tire as the rear for rotating purposes. I know it changes the look a little, but daddy has three kids and needs to save some "$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$".
Thanks everyone for the help.

If you have a Marauder with traction control you'll have to keep the stagger..... rear tires need to be at least 3% bigger than the front or the traction control will barf.

^This.

Also if you go with the same size on the rear as the front your speedo will read slightly faster than you are actually going and also it will increase the odo rotation so miles can add up faster.

Thanks men for the info.

Doom, I'll pm him and see what's a good time for him.

ctrlraven, Looks like I'll keep the stock front wheels then. My car just chews them tires up. Thanks for the info, I didn't know that it would add the miles. Makes perfect sense.

05crownsport, I'm, in the Lanham area. We have a good little group in my hood.........lol.....:D

I actually just dropped off my MM this morning at Purcellville Tire & Auto. I'm replacing my BFGs with Nitto NT 850 on the front and had them align it with Carfixers specs.

I'll pick it up later tonight and see how it looks. But the tread is really wearing extremely bad on the inside edges and I told him I was fed up with the BFGs only getting 15 - 20k miles.

If you lowered the front of the car any the tech may not be able to acheive carfixer specs & you will continue to get inner tire wear. You should have the tech remove the flags.
