Delaware Marauder in GA

Yesterday, came up behind a Black Marauder with Spoiler in Norcross on Beaver Ruin (by Lowes).
Had Delaware plates...... Car looked like it had just made the trip from up north. Anyone here??? Welcome to GA if yes:)

Well I don't have Delaware plates, other than that, it coulda been me. I was in that area (My office is right there)
