power steering issue

I have trilogy marauder #210 and i have a power steering issue . the problem is that it comes and goes but mostly goes. i think it is a vap valve issue but i dont know for sure. Can anyone help. it would save some time and a headache. Thanks

Update . it is a electrical issue im not getting power to fuse 18 or 16. now can anyone help?

What year Marauder and where is the fuse? Under the dash or under the hood near the battery?

Check the fog lamp relay in the battery junction box under the hood. It looks like it's right in the middle of all the relays. Try swapping it out with another relay.

it is an 03. and the fuse is under the dash, and i checked both fog lamp fuses at the battery junction box. im thinking it is a short from the battery junction box to the under dash box. or from the under dash box to the fog lights. everything else has been ruled out. but i dont know where to go from here.

Check to see if you have power at the 25Amp fuse in #27 and 15Amp fuse in #21. These should be hot at all times (key on or key off).

#27 goes to the multifunction switch, to the fog lamp cutoff relay, to the fog lamp relay, to the head light switch.

#21 goes to the LCM, to the fog lamp cutoff relay, to the fog lamp relay, to the head light switch.
