Are you considering this as an alternative to the LCM?

The headlight relay is soldered to a circuit board and is inside the LCM (Lighting Control Module) under the dash.
What issue are you trying to solve?

That's what I'm wondering. If it's wacky headlights, Jim's LCM fix is the way to go.

WOW! $33.00 for a relay......
Add $17.00 to that, send me your LCM and I'll supply the relay, socket, harness, do all the work, test it for you and send it back.
To answer your question, the relay is inside the LCM, soldered to the circuit board.

Yep, will guaranty it for as long as the car is driven or I'm still alive. Which ever comes first!

I should change that to "Which ever ends first"!

Was wondering what relay autozone was trying to sell.
Looks like i'll contact "Fastblackmerc" for a fix.

Wise move. FBM is the man, will get you squared away and back on the road.
In the mean time, if the lights go out, tap under the dash between the OBD port and the steering column as a possible temporary solution. The tapping may cause the relay to close and activate the headlights, but there are only a limited number of "taps," so don't consider this a fix, just something to get you by until you can get the LCM repaired.
