I was expecting to not enjoy this film except for the scenes with the cars, how wrong I was. This came out way better than I thought. The story seems like a typical chase against the bad guys, but the ending is actually surprising. The characters are fun to watch especially the man working for the devil hunting Milton (Nick Cage) to bring him back to hell.
According to the movie there are Hot Rods in Hell.... awesome.
Don't see this movie if you are religious.
Don't see this movie if you don't like seeing cops getting shot and killed... because some cannot see beyond the police factor as suppose to saying they are simply people, like others though out the movie.
The car chases are cool especially for something from this day and age. No match for 70s or 80s action movies with car chases though. There are little lines here and there only gearheads like us will pick up one, love it.
Being in 3D I thought would be as waste of popcorn money, but it was actually pretty cool. Especially during the most violent scenes.
The only way it could be better overall was if Hank III or Assjack music was playing in it. Hellbilly music would have worked perfect!
Go see it now, don't wait for the DVD.
Oh and yeah take your Marauder. I did. :burnout:
