What are your guy's thoughts on Seafoam motor treatment? Some people swear by it. I have any extra can, how should I use it?

Seafoam is highly recommended in the MM community. Gotta do something to get rid of all that oil build up in the intake track.

Seafoam is one of the few "miracle-in-a-can" products that actually does what it claims.
Disclaimer: If your car doesn't have anything wrong with it, Seafoam won't "do" anything, but it won't hurt anything to try, either.

Is there a certain vacuum line that is prefered for sucking?

I personally wouldn't suck on any of the lines on this motor...too much blow-by.
Oh...that's not what you meant. The brake booster is most commonly used, but any line with a vacuum will do. PCV is good, too.
Pull half the can through the vacuum line and put the other half in the tank.

What about the crank case? Any benefit of putting some in the oil?

Some people do 1/3 in the oil, 1/3 in the tank, and 1/3 through the vacuum line. I would rather put ARx in the oil, but only if I suspected sludge/varnish internally.
When you put this stuff in the gas tank is that when it smokes really bad?

No, it's when you pull it through the vacuum line that neighbours start calling the fire brigade.

I run 2 cans, 1 in the tank (1/2 per fill up) and 1 in the motor.

I have not tried running it through the motor yet. Maybe this summer, if she comes out of storage. I've always used it in the gastank and she purrs like kitten, roars like lion and gets decent mileage for this size car. Better than my wifes Lincoln LS8 with the 3.9LT V8 which is why the DTR is going to SoCo this summer instead of the LS. Made that error last year thinking I'd get the 27mpg promised. :shake: 22 at best.
I run a can thru it on the regular, especially if I'm going to make a trip that is going to burn a full tank of gas before I stop for anything. I only did the under hood method once. Havn't seen a mosquito around here in the 2 years since, lol.
