My lights are acting up. It all started one day I started my car one early cold morning my head lights came on without turning the switch on, and wouldn't shut off even after the car was shut off and keys out?! Wierd! So i disconnected the battery, and the head lights are fine now. But now my interior lights will just shut off for a second and come back on. Also driving down a dark rode one night my head lights shut off for a second. So confused! Could it be a relay of some sort? My volt gauge will drop down to 12v when using heat/ac or blinkers ect. is that normal? I have a brand new battery, alternater, belt and pully. Please help if you can!

Is the relay mounted under the hood behind the battery, in the black box? I beleive thats where there are other relays if im correct.

The LCm is a module that controls all lighting and is located in the dash behind the radio area.

The LCM, is above the brake peddle, near the column, and FBM is the man when it comes to these repairs, also EATC repairs.
