For those that have done it, do you know if it captures TQ converter unlock and lock?

I never checked for that particular function, but I will be doing some data logging myself over the weekend. I can tell you afterwards.

Using SCT, absolutely!
Not only it can tell you lock or unlock. It can tell you lock duty cycle it's being commanded, if it's been told to lock and if it doesn't lock the condition(s) preventing it, and most importantly the actual slip rpm.

All this can be done using the sct x cal-2 ?

From what I have read it can be done using an Xcal 2 tuner. I have an Xcal 2 SF tuner that's been switched over to a Xcal 2 unit minus the back-lighting.

Drivers and Live link all up to date? How old is the laptop? Version of Windows? Windows Service packs etc. up to date?
