Seems that there is fuel dripping from where the filler tube connects to the tank, is their an o ring there or something or is th tank cracked?

It's a big rubber grommet.
The tank might be cracked.
I'll put money on the grommet or the filler tube.

I'd check with the dealer first to see if you can buy it.

From the shop manual:
Disconnect negative battery cable
Drain fuel tank
Remove screws from filler neck retainer ring (inside fuel door)
Turn off air suspension, raise vehicle
Remove left rear tire
Disconnect the vapor recirculation tube
Remove the dogpoint screw from the filler pipe support
Slide filler pipe into tank enough to obtain clearance
You may have loosen the tank strap
Rotate clockwise 1/2 turn and remove filler pipe.
Replace grommet
Lube end of filler pipe with petroleum jelly, slide into grommet and rotate 1/2 turn clockwise
Tighten tank strap if required
Replace the dogpoint screw for the filler pipe support
Connect vapor recirculation hose
Replace tire
Lower vehicle
Install filler pipe retaining screws
Attach the retaining screws for the filler pipe , attach the gas cap at the 4 o'clock position.

Thanks, don't think I need to completely drain tank tho, ill just run it down to 1/4, that should be good.

If it's anything like the grommets on the Mustangs, be very careful when putting the filler tube back in, it's easy to nick the edge of it and have it leak as soon as you fill it up.
