Hey all. Need some advice. I have a 03 Marauder and live in the Seattle area. My car is stock with the exception of a K & N CAI, Magnaflow mufflers and Ford Racing 4:10 gears. Now it's time for a tune.
I would either go with the Lidio or Reinhart mail order tune OR i found a reputable local performance shop that specializes in custom Dyno tunes. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to tune my Marauder.
I realize Lidio and Reinhart offer very good tunes but would it be better than a local custom Dyno tune?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Tuning a car on a dyno is better than ordering one. However, has this shop tuned a Marauder before? A Marauder is NOT a Mustang.

^^What he said! You're what, 15 from Tacoma and 20 from Seattle? Got to be a good tuner in your area. Anyone else here in that area?

Mail order from one of our vendors here should be sufficient for your mods. Tuner 400 + dyno tune 400-500 or tuner preloaded with DR or Lidio 400?

Not sure I would spend the money for a Dyno tune with your current mods. I would save my money for other mods and just go with a can tune from DR or Lidio. These tunes are highly reliable and also have the transmission adjustment and the speedo correction (for 4:10 gears) added in already. This alone will make a huge difference.

I live in Everett and have an sct sf3 tuner. You would be welcome to come up and we could upload the tune from that. I definately felt the difference, but I don't have the gears and exhaust as you do. But it has adjustments for that I think.

Unless you touch the fuel system or headers mail order will be just fine.
