Making squeaking noise when you turn the back and forth.

I have been hearing a squeaking sound when I turn to the left it's not as bad when I turn to the right think it might be a upper or lower ball joint. Has anyone else had any problems like mine?:help:

lower balljoints seize, uppers get loose. (usually)
