Th loud "BANG" you'll hear will be a combination of crumpling metal and airbag deployment when you drive right up someone's tailpipe while looking at that distraction.

Too small of a screen for me. I like my in-dash nav unit.

Hey crutchfield much cheaper..

Crutchfield it says no longer available.

But I found one that also has an auto dim feature like our mirrors for only $300.00

The reason I got it because i am alway out messing around and at game, bars and stuff of that nature and already had my drivers glass smash once for one and just didn't want it to happen again, and it happen at a Cards games in good parking an alarm on it. Not saying it can't happen now just less of a chance I think..thanks..and I really wanted a rear view cam.. I think it's neat because u r looking in the mirror backing up

I have a Pioneer AVIC-D2 in the dash. To conceal it, I took the faceplate from a non-working OEM radio, hot glued the buttons in place and I place that over the Pioneer. Looks like the stock radio.

That's smart.. I wouldn't never ever thought of that.. As u c I just went with a detachable face from alpine.. The way u did it would b nice. Can u take a pic...

Here's mine I did in '05. I used an old CVPI radio because my factory one is still functional.

This was a trial fit, I sanded down the backside and glued a piece of black carpet in to keep from scratching the headunit. It sits much more flush than the picture shows.
