I think they need to look at some of the other Ford colour offerings.
While green really isn't my colour choice, there is a very dark green offered on the Lincoln LS, that I think would look great on the Marauder.
The CVPI colour, "Medium titanium clearcoat metallic" would look fantastic on a Marauder as well.

You missed the greatest color of all. The new 2003 Mustang color DSGM. It would look fantastic on the MM.

I like the Ice Blue color. the green does not look good from the pics here. I think a dark Forest Green would look cool. If this is what the spruce green looks like then I'll go along with it. Although it is not available on the STAP cars, In think the Mystic paint color from the '96 Cobra or the newer version of it would look awesome!! Or how about a blackcherry kind of color? No tutone!

While that is true, there is a "Midnight Grey" offered for CVPIs.

Probably any paint colour available at STAP should/would be considered, not just those used on Grand Marquis.

Of course any colour could be added for 2005 or later, and used on CVs or GMs as well

I just wish people would stop buying white GM's. Most LEO's cars are white, and I think we deserve to know the difference between them and grandpa ;)

I would say that gunmetal gray color. On the 03 T-bird it was dark shadow gray.... I think.

Yes, for me "vibrant white" for a Marauder is right up there with "School Bus Yellow"

(and they do have Yellow at the STAP)

My vote went for white, but if the color selection can be expanded I think Mineral Grey would look good. It was a color option for Mustangs a couple of years ago.
