I'd keep it an original color, maybe add some pearl or metal flake to it.

dark grey on that one marauder is nice as hell... looks better than dtr in my book, should have been a factory color
also the dude who painted the mm like a gt500 stang... thats a nice looking paint scheme on the mm also.

i believe anything besides lime green or school bus yellow would be fine or burnt orange.
two tone black and grey would b awesome b

Everyone always has a different opionion, so what I believe is if you find a color and it makes you happy go with it.

i had a 00 P71 painted a color that people "thought" was burnt orange and they loved it.

Hemi orange! Or plum crazy purple. But seriously I would do black or charcoal with a slight flake. Too much flake and it will look like a speed boat. Personally I like the car becuase it is a sleeper and isn't all flashy like a mustang.

DBP FTW!:banana2:

With a little flake, it would be the ****nitts.

... and if you stick a big shiny blower through the hood, nobody notices the color changed!

In the end, your the one driving it, so get a color that your happy with. It does not matter if we are happy with it.

JustBob and I were talking and he mentioned a two tone Foose job might be kind of cool, the more I thought about it, I think it would to.

No need to color inside the lines, it's your car and your expression, do what makes you happiest.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH PINK?!!! Lolol

Seriously though, I personally like the original colors of black.... or silver (if I had too :P) but the dark silver/gunmetal gray like Horsepower's is really nice! I'm also a fan of white but that would be my last choice.

My 2 girlie cents :D

None of our opinions should matter to you unless you are building the car for someone else.

Whatever you get done make sure you get it done correctly with glass removal, door jams, trunk and engine bay.

If I had a black MM I'd probably repaint it with Ford's metallic Tuxedo Black.

+1 ctrlraven!

Paul/Blackened300a's Fusion is Tuxedo Black. The flake is subtle yet noticeable. It looks especially nice in the sun. I wish my Focus came in it.
If you're thinking of a metallic the Tuxedo Black is a great color (IMO at least )

Might be having mine done here in the next week or two. So far it is between all Grand National black, same with a small amount of flake, or SB top/GN Black bottom or some kind of variation.

All depends on the mighty dollar! So far the GN BLACK looks afordable (jambs, two hoods, nothing missed) I'll be meeting with the body shop owner some night this week and hash out some ideas. :)

Let me know what they quote you for the GN Black, might get it done when I'm up to visit this summer

There is a medium to bright green on GT Mustangs that I think would make a MM pop. Please do it.

OOOOOOOH! Never saw your car in person but Paul text me a pic from Carlisle last year and I think between the blower, all that chrome and the white that would look RIDICULOUS!!! (in a good way I mean ;))

A color that I bet would look great on a MM is that Dark Amethyst Metallic that Ford used on some of the 07 F150 Harley Davidson trucks. It was a real dark purple that looked almost black.

I think Pops' car looks great with the two-tone paint scheme.

But it's your car, paint it whatever color you'd like!
