On my way to class this evening, I go by this burger joint (Smitty's Better Burger) and sitting there is an Acura with Marauder rims. I whip a u-e and pull up on thier passenger side and motion for them to roll down the window. It's a lady and her daughter stuffing thier faces. I say "Where'd you get the Marauder rims?" She says "They were on it when I bought it, someone traded it in with these on it already, but my cousin when he seen the car he said 'Girl you know you got Marauder rims on that thing?' and I said no, but he owns a black Marauder so he knew what they were." I said far out, she asked about mine, we chatted for about five minutes, and truth be told, they looked pretty damn good on there. I thought at first it was a Fusion. Beautiful color blue, a little darker than mine.
The other crazy thing I saw was after I got home, me and Amy go outside into the backyard with the puppy dog. She's running around, peeing, chewing pinecones and such (the dog, not Amy). Then the dog grabs a log off the firewood pile and starts hauling ass around the yard with it, but it's so heavy she looks like a bucking bronco as she's running. Then, she runs up onto the deck at full blast and there's only two places to go when you are running that fast: through the sliding glass door or through the railing. Well I was blocking the door so she juked right and jumped, giant log/stick still in her mouth, and sailed through TWO of the wooden rails, took them right the heck out. It was like a movie stunt, and she didn't even stop. I yell out "WTF?!??!" and run around to pick them up before she comes back and steps on a nail, well now she's halfway around the yard and closing, and as soon as I pick them up she jumps through the opening again except one side of the log hits my central heat and air unit about 6 feet away with a loud "CLONG!" and she hits the ground minus the wooden chew toy. I let out another WTF and she runs and jumps and tries o take the 2 railings out of my hands! By now me and Amy are dying laughing. I've seen dogs do some funny stuff but this was unreal. Now I have to fix my deck, but I've never laughed so hard at part of my house being wrecked. I'm afraid to put them back, she might do it again expecting them to give way again. Hmmm.....but if i gently tap them barely back into place, maybe I can get her to do it again, lol.
