I have a Bassani 5 piece x pipe off my 03 Cobra with high flow cats on it in my garage just begging to go on the Marauder! Does anybody know what I need to make this fit??

Forgot to mention, exhaust is bone stock right now!

You will need a set of shorty headers or Cobra/Mach1 factory header's to make them fit. They WILL NOT work with the factory exhaut manifolds...

Why?

Because the stock manifolds point straight back from the MM block.
The shortys have a specific bend on both DS and PS that points away from the block more towards the frame rails.

Look at the bends on the flange.

BUT, once you have said headers on, they go on and work awesome! I know because that's the exact setup I have on mine! (Thanks musclemerc!)

Your Welcome RacerX!!!!

If you want to do it on the cheap get a set of Mach1 manifolds, then the parts you listed, and a 4" extension and you will have a pretty good exhuast.

Crap! I was hoping it would go with with some minor modification. U guys have any idea how much of a PITA mach 1 headers are to put on?? I wouldn't think it would be too bad.

I will take some time. PB Blaster on the factory nuts and studs - all of them.
Tighten them a "tick" first - then back them out.

Passenger side is tough - ac compressor needs to get loosened - take belt off - take starter right out. I drained the coolant line that is on passenger side to get him out of the way. Took me at least 14 hours to remove factory manifolds and install SW headers.

(plus I still have a small leak on the drivers side)

I'm gonna have to decide if it's worth it. I have aeros and re-delete tips that are going on no matter what. I was going to just take the high flow cats off the x pipe and replace the rears on the MM but it dawned on me as a great idea if the whole X pipe would fit.

So any cobra h/x-pipe will work after you change the headers with stock cobra/mach 1? I also have an extra stock cobra h-pipe sitting around and would love to upgrade the puny marauder h-pipe.

You'll need to add about 4" of pipe since the MM is longer than a stang. The X pipe will bolt up to the stock cobra/mach 1 headers but will be too short to reach the rest on the exhaust system.

Thank you, I'll start looking for an extra set of cobra headers!
